dumped my brother’s first bike and feel like an asshole

just have to vent. Was riding it around the block, dropped it at a low speed right turn. Picked it up immediately and inspected the damage. Bent the front brake lever, still operable tho, everything else looked fine. ordered a new OEM lever- it looks like a quick fix, and I’ve replaced the ones on my scooter multiple times. It’s a used bike but in really nice condition and he just got it and I just feel like the world’s biggest dumbass.
