Derbi GPR 125 2011 engine problems

Recently I've bought myself a Derbi motorcycle (used) and started disassembling it, because it wouldn't run well (it also had some other problems, that I managed to fix).Problemb: It is very hard to start it, engine would run for 1-2 max sec and then stall, revving it doesn't help, because it would just stall imediatly I give it gas. Cutting short air helps, then the engine can rev more than 8k, so it is probably running lean. When you get to ride it, it would lose all power on full throttle, 60-70% gets it going pretty well, I'd say.At first I thought the problem was dirty carb, but after cleaning it and assembling it again nothing changed. Tried messing with the screw - did not help. Changed air filter/gas - nothing. I didn't get a manual with this bike, was using 2009 one I found on the internet. While assembling I saw, that presumably the intake valve is missing spring and sphere ( pic : https://m.imgur.com/a/Wip2Lxk ). Can that be the problem or am I missing something? Maybe it's not carburetor problem? via /r/motorcycles https://www.reddit.com/r/motorcycles/comments/e3wa3f/derbi_gpr_125_2011_engine_problems/?utm_source=ifttt
