Years ago there wasn't that luxury - we used string lines and 90 degree set squares. Now there are a variety of experts and equipment to make sure that in this massive weight saving game we have (where a fall off the kick stand can bend the forks and/or triple clamps), you can get your chassis, wheels and alignment checked and 100% verified. We are lucky as we have Gerry Piazza in our area who is known throughout the West Coast for his very, very high caliber work. (www.gpframeandwheel.com)Every motorcycle I have owned that is new or used goes to him first so that I know when I pick it up, it is 100% perfect. As I picked up this used and very well cared for Ducati 748, the first task is to get it to Gerry and have him check it.Do you have someone like Gerry to go to?What do you do post crash? Let a mechanic fix it or get to work yourself? Here's something to watch and ponder.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vGkPOk2fbYchttps://i.redd.it/ktl9igw36lu31.jpg via /r/Trackdays https://www.reddit.com/r/Trackdays/comments/dmpxw7/post_track_crash_do_you_get_your_bike_measured_or/?utm_source=ifttt
