Motorcycle won't start without push-starting

I thought my battery was dead, so I recharged it at O'Reily's.Nope.My mechanic thinks it's the fuse, so we replaced it.Nope.It only starts via push-starting.Turning the motorcycle on via key results in nothing (dashboard still black).Push-starting the bike works, and I'm able to drive BUT the headlight and blinkers flicker and sometimes my dashboard blackout and reset the clock to 12am during red lights.A fellow redditor said I might have a bad rectifier.Yes, I'm going to get it to a mechanic this weekend (he's busy now).
