I need help. My bike is very hard to push. The wheel stops every few centimeters.

Okay so the only problem is that this is a 50cc jawa babetta 210. So a lot of you might not even heard about it. Especially if you're American. It's automatic. It basically has 2 gears. For some reason it started stopping and getting completely stiff in the back wheel. Only when I'm rolling it tough. If manage to start it and pull the gas the engine stops. I think there might be a problem with the smaller chain. It has a bigger on the other side but that's rolling fine. So now I basically can't even kick it in, because thats on the small chain of course.
