Hi folks,Just wondering if anyone here suffers from Carpal Tunnel Syndrome or similar and if so how do you cope with lengthy rides?I get this pain in my left wrist after repeated use of the clutch lever. Usually around the 30 minute mark. It gets to the point that it becomes so unbearable that I just want to get home and off the bike.I have both cable and hydraulic clutch operated bikes on two significantly different types of bike (GSXR1000 K6 and R1200GS Hex Head) so I am ruling out the possibility of incorrectly routed/worn clutch cables etc. causing the pain. Although the GSXR tends to bring on (what I believe to be) De Quervain's Tenosynovitis syndrome also. (the cable was recently replaced and routed correctly so it is 100% not the issue). I have also adjusted the ergonomics of the bikes so that my forearm is inline with my wrist.Due to this I am now considering selling the bikes I have and only consider bikes which have a quickshifter/auto-blipper as an essential feature for my next bike. I wish I didn't have to do this as it greatly limits my options a lot but I don't really see any other solution? I could look for bikes with a lighter clutch pull but how can I determine which bikes have lighter clutches without having to try each one? Do smaller CC bikes generally tend to have a lighter clutch pull?Would be interested to hear from anyone that suffers similar to the above and how they deal with it. via /r/motorcycles https://www.reddit.com/r/motorcycles/comments/dopcpz/carpal_tunnel_syndrome_affecting_clutch_use/?utm_source=ifttt
