Any red flags to watch out for reading this?

I'm planning to finance it. Since I stay in xxx, commute is a bit difficult for me. So what I want to do is, come on a Saturday morning, take a look and if it has no real issues, finalize it the same day. Then get it financed on Monday and collect it from you after you receive the payment.I cannot ride it because I do not have a US motorcycle endorsement (though I have a valid one from back home). So as an alternative to that, if possible, I would like to take an opinion from a professional mechanic. I'd like to get done with everything at once on the same day.
