1957 panhead straightleg down under.

https://imgur.com/FP5ykXcHey guys, this is my fresh rebuilt 1957 panshovel straight leg frame Harley.Bought it a couple months ago and after riding it for a bit decided to investigate some noises coming from the bottom end, after removing the timing cover it became pretty obvious it needed a full rebuild. So I gave the engine to the guys at HD development in Melbourne and rebuilt the rest myself.Rebuilt include -frame repairs/repaint, -gearbox rebuild/reshimming -adding a day day ten cast hand shift lever -replacing the crank cases with new s$s cases whilst retaining the Harley crank/top end. -whole new wiring system.I’ve got a joe hunt magneto I might put on it aswell as my other bike (1955 t6) runs amazing with one, but it would be a stuck advance unfortunately, which might be heavy on my kicking leg.The frame had some critical cracks through the rear upright so a full tear down was required either way. What do you guys think! Don’t know if there’s to much interest in oldies but we’ll see! via /r/motorcycles https://www.reddit.com/r/motorcycles/comments/ddto77/1957_panhead_straightleg_down_under/?utm_source=ifttt
