Just bought a bike in rough shape; what do I need to do to make it safe?

I just got a 1987 honda 700 interceptor for $100. The bike runs but the original owner dropped on his gravel driveway, gave up and just left it in storage for "a few" years. I know it's going to need new brake and hydraulic clutch hose, new brake and clutch handles (one bent, one broke), and new tires along with some general TLC. Is there anything else, apart from the obvious, that could affect the safety of the bike that I need to check? via /r/motorcycles https://www.reddit.com/r/motorcycles/comments/d4st38/just_bought_a_bike_in_rough_shape_what_do_i_need/?utm_source=ifttt
