Is there any performance difference between the Factory Ducati Petrucci is riding and the satellite GP19 Miller is riding?

I feel that when Petrucci joined the factory squad we saw an upturn in his results, especially considering the GP19 is the weaker bike relative to the competition than the GP18 was. Last years Ducati was the best bike, this year that is less clear with Honda, Yamaha and Suzuki having the edge at some tracks.

This year Petrucci already has more points than he did for the whole of 2018, despite a generally less competitive bike.

That Miller lately has had the edge on speed to him on the satellite machinery, shows that if given the proper factory hardware he might perform to an even higher level.
