I think I just broke my bike using a new key

Please help. I think i screwed up big time on my 2007 Yamaha FZ6. I bought it a month ago and it only came with 1 key so I bought an OEM key and made a copy. When I tried using it, it fit, but bike would not start. I realize now it's the transponder/immobilizer because the key isnt programmed.. Then when I tried using the old key, now that one also stopped working. Both old and new key no longer work! And I dont have a Master key to reprogram them.Now my bike wont start at all, it just clicks. Idk what to do. Do I have to replace the entire bike computer from Yamaha for like $1-2K?
