How do you handle people who almost hit you?

This younger girl cut me off on the highway this morning. I gave her the wtf wave and at the next redlight, she gave an embarrassed finger wiggle with a smile saying sorry like she bumped into my shopping cart. We were doing like 45 and she almost took me out and I was pissed, but at least she acknowledged her mistake.
