Guy from Craigslist drops bike tries blame me

Hey guys, someone from Craigslist looking at a bike I’m selling, had a slight bent on the rear rim, I tell him I ridden it many time had no problems, I say basically cash in hand you drop it you buy it, he rides off 2 blocks away ends up dropping it and getting injured scraps bloody, now he doesn’t want to pay and saying I’m responsible because of the bend in the rim, what problems can I face other than the value of the bike? Would I see any recourse ? What do I have against him?
