Design idea: discreet rear blinkers

I'll post it here, in case someone wants to pick up the idea. It's way out of my field to start producing hardware, so I won't.Now, people want smaller and smaller blinkers, which will detract as little as possible from the aesthetics of the bike. But, they kind of still stick out. So, I though, why not make a license plate holder, with a strip of blinker LEDs along each edge? The licence plate is something you aren't likely to get rid of, so let us at least make it useful. I've checked the rules here (Sweden, and probably the entire EU), and our plates are 170 mm wide, and the lights need to be 180 mm apart, so just put them 5 mm out from the plate and you are good to go.
