My daughter was running late this morning. We got out of the house about ten minutes later than I'd like after she got on her gear. Due to various reasons, I take her to a school in another town (about thirty minutes with stops and traffic) on my way to work.We were both tired. I was a little irritated, but it was an okay ride. We passed a really nice motorcycle going the opposite way, but he ignored my wave (I wave to everyone). I dropped her off without incident, packed her gear on my bike, and headed across town toward work.I split to the front at a light and saw a scooter a couple vehicles back in the turn lane across from me. He gave me a full hand over the head wave, so I gave him a nod back (to keep my hands on the controls). That nod was not enough for him. He went full hand in the air waving like an idiot on me. I had to put my hand up and wave back. I'm still grinning ear to ear thinking about it. That was one friendly dude. One of the best parts of my day.Ride on, scooter dude via /r/motorcycles https://www.reddit.com/r/motorcycles/comments/cwwvqa/the_wave_that_made_my_day/?utm_source=ifttt
