Please don't cross railroad tracks like the idiot I just watched

I'm sitting on my porch, looking out over to the railroad crossing only about a 1/4 mile away. I see the gate go down and at the same time a guy on a chopper wearing a half helmet roll up to them. Train whistles and I can see it through the trees, and it's only about 500 feet from the crossing when this guy ROLLS RIGHT AROUND THE GATE and books it across.I guarantee that every person in the line of cars behind him, and the ones on the other side think even less of bikers now than they did before. It's disappointing that there's people with that little regard for safety and have zero patience.
