I went to Germany to hit the Nordschleife

I have been a car fanatic since I first played Gran Turismo on the first Playstation, and since then my infatuation with automobiles and internal combustion engines has only grown; but my interest in motorcycles only began 3.5 years ago when I decided to try a motorcycle for the first time in a basic training course called the CBT in England. I was only on a Honda CG125, but I fell in love instantly. I needed to have a motorcycle.Nothing happened for a year. I would drool over motorcycles of any age or style, and then 2.5 years ago, I had some money on hand, so I went for the DAS. I went from zero experience to an unrestricted A category motorcycle license in the span of a week. I kept looking at AutoTrader ads for reasonable first bikes; Suzuki Bandit 650, Yamaha Fazer 600, Honda Hornet 600, and the like. Then I stumbled upon what became my first bike. Instant love. Maybe stupid, but love.29-07-2019, Nürburgring Nordschleife TouristenfahrtenA couple days ago was the first time I'd ever been on a race track. The day before this photo, I rode 8 hours from northern London to the Eifel region in Germany, my first time riding in another country.I guess my journey with motorcycles has been a combination of many "jump into the deep end" scenarios, but I guess the thrill of going head-first into the completely unknown runs parallel to the raw feeling of riding a motorcycle.Burgstraße, Nürburg via /r/motorcycles https://www.reddit.com/r/motorcycles/comments/cl2w7g/i_went_to_germany_to_hit_the_nordschleife/?utm_source=ifttt
