Best earplugs to hear the engine/surroundings

Hello fellow riders!I’m looking into buying a pair of earplugs because the wind noise is destroying my ears and I don’t want to end up with tinnitus at 21 years old.I looking for a pair of earplugs that would cut the high ends of the sound coming from the wind and the engine but that would still allow me to hear my RPMs and my surroundings. I tried a pair of normal foam plugs but I couldn’t hear shit with those and all I want is to reduce the decibels level a little, I’m not trying to meditate in silence over here.
