Another new fan enters the fold!

I’ve been harassing my best friend about coming over and watching a race with me for years, and he finally did so today after I showed him some highlights from the Austrian GP. He insisted on watching the Moto 2 and Moto 3 races after that, and has been blowing up my phone about various aspects of what he saw for the last couple of hours. Moto GP has such a minor presence in the US and it’s absolutely tragic - this is probably the most accessible form of Motorsport that’s available. Even a casual observer (my wife, for example) can be completely overwhelmed by the spectacle. If there’s anyone running on a “bring Moto GP to the masses” presidential platform for 2020, that’s the person I’m voting for.
