So i have watched a few beginners guides but there are still some things I still don’t get.
I tried to understand the asymmetric tyres but I don’t think I got it right yet. What I understood was that a tire is split in half with one half being harder/softer than the other because there are more right turns then left ones or the the other way around.
Is this correct?
Next question:
Why do riders ride with two different compounds? I think I have heard something about several riders having a soft on the rear and a hard on the front.
What are the benefits and is this even correct?
And Finally: What are other major differences to F1? Is Honda dominating or why is Marquez winning so frequently? Or are Ducati and Yamaha up there with them? And are there yt channels similar to Chain Bear F1 that could help me out?
