Ideas on wrapping exposed wirings?

On my bike, there's a bunch of exposed wires that look quite unsightly. Ideally they would be hidden away somewhere but I lack the expertise to delve into that. So the next best option is to wrap it in something so it looks neat and a bit more professional looking. Any ideas on what I can use? Some of the wires that are exposed are pretty thick as they're lumped together. I tried using a split sleeve loom but it doesn't look neat enough. My next option is to use fabric cloth tape as that's better than wrapping it in electrical tape.
