I was supposed to go on vacation with my family last week, and things went down the shitter. So I decided to go on a roadtrip on my own instead.I bought a bag to hook on the passenger saddle and went down from Paris to Chamonix, then Saint Vincent, east to Lago Magiore and up to Switzerland through Simplon pass. There, I followed the Rhone down to Lac leman and up through the Gruères national park to Freeburg and north through the natural park of Thal to Basel. On the last day, I hit the autobahn and pushed my motorbike a bit up to 170kmh, and went to Colmar. From there I went west through the park of the Vosges balloons, and hit the high way to Paris.I drove around 2100km and it was so liberating to go through these great landscapes, with nothing to think about but what was before my eyes.I want to go back, but with a more comfie bike, and go further in the east to Lake Como and Passo Stelvio :)Here's my bike in front of the Simplon pass. via /r/motorcycles https://www.reddit.com/r/motorcycles/comments/ch5fso/i_spent_the_last_5_days_cruising_on_my_sv650/?utm_source=ifttt
