Camera advice... Hero7 Black vs. Fusion 360 vs. Osmo Pocket

So I want to start recording my rides, but I'm relatively ignorant of the videography world.I've done some research and have pretty much narrowed it down to these 3 options (if you know of a better option let me know though), but they all do different things and I'm not sure which will be best.​I like the Hero7 because it's well-proven, durable, etc. The big selling point for me though is the telemetry features, being able to pull up speed, elevation, G forces, etc. in post. It can also run on external power which is a big plus. Aside from that though, it's just a "normal" camera that will capture "normal" footage.​The Fusion, being a 360 cam, I think would be a little more forgiving with regards to placement/mounting location, as you can just pan over to a different angle in post (as far as I understand how it works). Has telemetry features and can run on external power. Also being able to stitch together different angles in a final video, like switching between front and rear view, seems pretty neat. However reviews say the footage itself isn't very sharp, and more importantly the camera will auto-shutoff after about an hour due to overheating.​The Osmo Pocket seems pretty cool as it has an integrated gimbal, so it *could* be possible to get some neat footage (like having the camera stay level with the horizon as you lean into a corner like the butt cams in MotoGP). That seems to be it's only redeeming quality though... no telemetry, no external power capability, etc. And on top of that, I'm not convinced that the gimbal will function properly if it's mounted to the bike, as it can only compensate for rotational forces (linear forces, like the suspension cycling as you hit a bump, can't be compensated for and could in theory put excess stress on the gimbal assembly, not to mention constant exposure to wind at speed).​​So yeah, that's where I'm at.
