Long story short, I was supposed to go for a ride with my buddy tomorrow (sunday) and when he called me in the afternoon I thought it was to decide the time. Well all I heard was 'dude I was in an accident on my bike, I'm in an ambulance and the police officer will talk to you'. The cop gave me quickly what happened and gave me the hospital's address. Basically he was taking a curve but there was sand on the road and he wiped out. When I talked to him later he told me it was just a normal curve, he didn't see anything unusual (didn't see the sand) and all he felt was his back tire dancing and he slid and flipped a few times over with the bike. Lucky he was checked out and all scans/MRIs came back negative, he's just banged up. The bike I believe is totaled. All this to say, fellow riders be careful when you take a curve oh and ATGATT, it saved his ass big time today. via /r/motorcycles https://www.reddit.com/r/motorcycles/comments/ccz01q/be_careful_of_invisible_debris_on_the_road/?utm_source=ifttt
