Thinking of getting MT-07 for myself but insurance cost is killing me.

I been in Asia for a while where I've gotten used to driving bikes and when I go back to the UK I want to carry on using a bike as I really enjoy it.​Im thinking of setting an MT-07 as it has enough power that I won't grow out of it so fast and is suitable for my needs. I can get one for 4-5k It seems which isn't a bad price.​The issue is the insurance. its 2.5k for comprehensive cover. I am 19 an hold an A2 Licence (UK) and I've driven a car with no claims for 1 year.
