I attended a fatal crash involving a motorcyclist. Two lanes in each direction. Road went over a crest. A female driver had changed lanes without indicating and hit the motorcyclist, knocking him off his bike. He wasn't badly injured but had lost consciousness. The female driver decided the best thing to do was to carefully park her car well off the road. Meanwhile, the traffic coming over the crest was unaware of the motorcyclist lying in the road. Car came over the crest and hit him. Killing him instantly. I interviewed the driver and asked why she hadn't considered giving some assistance to the unconscious rider, " I didn't want anyone to hit my car." IMO, she should have been charged with negligent driving occasioning death, but only got a ticket for failing to indicate in the initial impact. via /r/motorcycles https://www.reddit.com/r/motorcycles/comments/c7nzrd/stupid_driver_ends_motorcyclists_life/?utm_source=ifttt
