I went on my second "group" ride with a buddy this weekend. He's new to it and I'm very proud of his progress. We stopped to grab gas on our way back home when we saw a Hayabusa parked. I went over to go check it out and as fate would have it, the owner was stranded since his battery died and he didn't have his phone. Without hesitation I offered him a lift which he graciously accepted.15 rough minutes later (2 up on a CBR isn't the most comfortable), we arrived at his house. He was very thankful and ran in to give me money which I declined. That's what it's all about. Big bonus, the neighbor and his kids were walking by and his son (who may have been autistic) was fixed on my bike. I fired it up and let him rev it which he LOVED. As it turned out, his dad used still have the same bike and he said he is now considering getting another.
