How long until you felt comfortable on highway?

I’ll be riding again after over 10 years off the road. When I did ride I stuck to backroads and side streets to get from point A to B. Never did highway riding and never over 100 miles in a single day.I’ll be getting a 2018 Triumph Street Twin and taking my MSF this weekend (never did one when I first got my M class on license). I’m just curious how long until some of you felt comfortable getting on the highway going those speeds with so many other cars.
