first motorcycle Honda CJ360

Hey everyone, I'm not too familiar with the mechanics of motorcycles as far as watching youtube videos of conversions and doing a little research on youtube. This would be my first bike project, and I was hoping to get a little advice if possible regarding this bike that I've been interested in to start the cafe racer conversion.​The ad says it turns over nice and has good compression but doesn't start, and could be brought back to running condition with a little TLC.
