Can I get a bike if i have mobility problems in my hip ?

A few years back I [18 now] was diagnosed with osteonecrosis, which just means my right femur head became soft and partially collapsed. As a result my range of motion in my right leg is quite low, I don't feel any pain or anything but I cant move my leg very high. I was wondering if this would stop me from getting on or riding a bike?
