Where to find a used track bike? What to watch out for

So I’m wondering where I could look for a Ninja 400 that’s already set up for the track. I dig what they’re doing on ninja400r.com but $9k is too much kaysh to lay out for my first track bike. Any idea where to look for a pre-loved one?
