Anyone here run a motorcycle related business?

Over the past few months, I've been working on setting up a garage I signed a lease on and performing what seems like an endless list of maintenance items and mods on my bikes. I'm doing a tear down on my R6 to get it in tip-top shape for the track season. Both my RX3 and SV650 had major maintenance intervals and I just finished up installing an upgraded rear shock on my SV650. Not only am I working on my bikes, but I've flipped a few in that time and worked on a few bikes for friends and family. I CANNOT wait for the day that everything is done and all the bikes are up and running.I've been thinking about starting motorcycle related side business when everything is done and I have nothing to do. It would be a nice little way to offset the rent. I understand the liability and plan being structured properly when I finally decide on a business path to go down.I've had some pretty good luck and made some good profits on the few bikes I've flipped. I've also been thinking of offering some basic maintenance services for motorcyclists in the area.I've thought about stocking/selling parts. I would probably lean toward more expensive/longer lead time items instead of small bits and pieces like filters, bolts, etc.I do have an engineering background and have thought about developing and building my own composite parts. I've been rebuilding my R6 wire harness and that's another lane that interests me. Creating my own stuff has a lot more appeal than just wrenching away doing basic maintenance and flipping. There is a pretty decently sized motorcycle population in my area, but nothing like you would find around a track or in places like California and Florida.Does anyone here own their own business that goes beyond maintenance and service? How did you get started?Any advice or ideas you guys are willing to share? The garage was a little messy when I took this picture since I had just finished fully servicing and installing the rear shock on my SV. via /r/motorcycles https://www.reddit.com/r/motorcycles/comments/bsiq19/anyone_here_run_a_motorcycle_related_business/?utm_source=ifttt
