MotoGP First-Timer Going to COTA

I live in Dallas and am heading to COTA for the races next month. I'll be riding down Saturday afternoon, staying overnight, and then heading back after the races.

I'm curious if anyone has suggestions or "must do's" for someone attending their first MotoGP race? BTW, I have already bought General Admission tickets and was planning to walk around the track and watch the races from various places.

Also, if you've done something like this before, what did you do about your bike while you slept? Any concerns about theft?

Lastly, if you're familiar with the area, do you have any suggestions where to stay?
