Having trouble mounting rear light assembly on my cafe racer

https://i.redd.it/l54c7ciwhqo21.pngI started a cafe racer build involving my 2008 Harley Davidson Nightster (XL1200N) and have done everything necessary to make it a cafe racer and street legal except for the license plate mount, brakes and turn signals. I bought a cluster that has all of this in one package but an having a bit of difficulty getting it wired up properly. I used to have 2 rear light and they were only red lights that could have 1 setting on at a time. It had to be running lights, brake lights, or blinking for turn signals. The new setup however has a running light, brake light, and 2 separate yellow turn signal lights. I have included a poorly drawn design of the wiring diagram and have tested to see that everything works. I can mainly not get the running light o be on constantly and the brake light to go on when the levers are pulled.
