2018 had my account disabled four times within the season, prompting me to contact them to reinstate my subscription, taking almost a week each claim.

Anyways...

I paid two payments for the 2019 season.

On Friday before FP1, guess what? My VP subscription is not enabled.

Had to create another account to buy the “Qatar Weekend Pass” just to appease some guests who had came over strictly to check out the first race of the season.

Created a support ticket immediately before Qatar, still no response to this day. Access is still denied.

Created another one a few days ago just in case the first ticket did not get through.

Did I also mention for the second installment, Dorna charged me four times?
