Is 6ft too tall to comfortably ride a cafe racer?

Hi sorry if this is the wrong place to ask or a dumb question, I've been considering buying a classic/cafe racer style bike. What concerns me is how low they are and how close the seats are to the ground. I've asked some people and they've said I would be more comfortable on motocross or sports.
