We had an MSF instructor deny signing my friends 650 and up endorsement because technically my sv650 is only 645 cc.

Have you guys ever heard of this BS? I mean the dude had to just be on a power trip, right? When I pulled up to the msf course for my friend to ride on my bike the instructor came up and said, "I bet that's not an actual 650". I thought he was joking and laughed it off and then he said I'm not going to sign your endorsement. It's not really a 650, the displacement must be higher than 650. I couldn't believe he wasn't willing to sign my friends form for 5cc worth of displacement. I have no idea why he was singling my friend and I out. There were other students on bikes I'm sure were not 'true' 650's.There is light at the end of the tunnel though. The other msf course instructor said he would sign off on it and had no idea why the other guy was acting how he was. He said my friend (who has 15yrs of motocross experience) has been doing excellent all day and he has no problem signing the endorsement. Well the other guy was not happy about it and came over screaming and cussing the other guy out. He just brushed it off and signed our form regardless.Couldn't believe this happened. I was so pissed. I had a lot of respect for the MSF course, but now I'm conflicted. I've had plenty of friends get their 650 & up endorsements on sv650s at the DMV. via /r/motorcycles https://www.reddit.com/r/motorcycles/comments/aq7uda/we_had_an_msf_instructor_deny_signing_my_friends/?utm_source=ifttt
