I'm looking at starting track days since I moved back to the midwest from California and I dont have the mountains to play on. I have a 2014 ktm rc8r that I absolutely love but I dont want to start on the track with 170 hp but I love the v-twin. I'm looking into getting another 09-12 R6 or a superduke 990 since with shopping around i can find both for around $5000. I would like to move to my rc8 in the future so I'm not sure what I should start out with.
