HELP ME BUILD!!!

Hello everyone. I am new in this CAFE RACER BUILD, but really admire this category. I was thinking to build my first cafe racer. The bike I am thinking to go for is Yamaha YB 100 (i know it's fucked as hell), that's why I am here to take advices from you guys.
