Ensure your Videopass details are correct!!

Hey guys, I speak to you as a devastated and furious fan this morning. Yesterday after a long day at work I came home to watch ATF to catch up on the testing action. While trying to do this I keep being referred to the purchasing page for video pass. I look on my profile to realise it says

your next installment couldn't be made we shall try again in a few days

So a few weeks ago my bank card expired but as soon as I realised this I changed my card details over (atleast a fortnight ago) so I was confused but decided to put the new card details in again last night while also emailing dorna for some help.

I have woken up this morning to have an email back saying

**you third installment for 2019 season VideoPass was not autorenewed and your VideoPass subscription expired. 

Please, purchase it manually being logged in to your account and by following this link:**

I now look at my profile and see that my 2019 season pass has been taken away. I could cry. Basically I'm probably gonna have to purchase it again, and probably pay the full price again. My partner has now asked me to wait until the first race weekend. I know testing isn't much but I use the Videopass most days watching old races and interviews.

So people please please please keep your details well updated in advance because this has been a ball ache and now it's 7.22am and I'm in a shite mood!
