Connecticut Lane Splitting Bill

I have been periodically writing to my local state representatives and senators advocating legislation to legalize lane filtering and splitting in CT. I just came across the article in my occasional google search of upcoming lane splitting legislation around the nation. Connecticut is one of the last states I would expect to propose this. I really hope it goes somewhere or at least starts the discussion. The bill was introduced by Cathy Osten in January of this year.
