I spotted this event on Twitter and signed up with a friend for the Buttonwillow stop in May. The event is advertised as a regular trackday (i.e. bring your own bike), but with a fleet of track prepped Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory and Tuono 1100 Factory bikes that each rider is allowed to take out for a total of two sessions. That, plus complementary photography, lunch, and refreshments, for $225.So, for the same price as a normal trackday + photography, you also get to ride one of the best production motorcycles in the world. All of this to say - is there a catch? I get that there may be some people there trying to sell stuff, but I can politely say "no" a few times if it means 3-5 sessions on my own bike plus 2 sessions on an RSV4 Factory or Tuono. Does anyone here have any experience with these events, or know anyone who has done one? Some details in the link below, with plenty of press releases at other sites as well.https://www.aprilia.com/us_EN/news/2018/Aprilia-Racers-Days-Track-Experience-Program/ via /r/Trackdays https://www.reddit.com/r/Trackdays/comments/aqsqpu/aprilia_racers_days_anyone_know_anything_about/?utm_source=ifttt
