Just a quick warning for California riders.

Most everyone knows we're having fires all over California. Aside from the smoke dangers, there's one other danger that happened to me.I had to do a quick stop because someone stopped in front of me. I had distance and left/right outs. I applied the normal breaking pressure front and rear, all the sudden the rear slid out and I'm in a skid. The last two days, I noticed a film on my bike and cars... it's ash from the fire. There's enough ash on the roads to get you to slide. You might not see it, but it's there. We've been getting ash settling all over the roads for about a week or so with zero rain.Once it gets a certain thickness, it's going to be slick. via /r/motorcycles https://www.reddit.com/r/motorcycles/comments/9xhvak/just_a_quick_warning_for_california_riders/?utm_source=ifttt
