How does the beIN Sports TR work for anybody else in the United States?

I recently downloaded beIN Sports TR from the Microsoft Store, with the intention to watch MotoGP races broadcast early in the morning before the reairing late at night (in order to have less of a chance of seeing spoilers during the day).

However, when I start to use it, all that appears is the network logo before the window closes with nothing else happening.

Does anybody else have this issue? Also, are full MotoGP races on the service?
