Sell our second vehicle for a motorcycle?

So, I have been thinking long and hard about swapping our second vehicle for a motorcycle and wanted to get opinions from riders here.My fiancee and I each have a car right now. One she drives daily for work and commute. The other we only drive maybe 3 times a week for just commutes or mainly when I need to go somewhere and she's at work. I currently also have a company vehicle that I use for all my work transportation.The problem is one of our vehicles have insanely high interest and it makes me want to get rid of it for that reason alone. Would you think selling the high interest vehicle for a motorcycle at low interest for myself to commute and have the other vehicle still for travel and groceries is a smart way to go? I have really wanted to get a motorcycle and this seems like a good excuse to swap.
