What to do if you miss judge a corner and think you'll run wide?

I've read a bit on how not to run wide in the first place and how to properly take corners, but I'm having problem finding information on "oh shit" situations and how to react. Let's say there's a long turn, that tightens, but you don't realize it tightens going in. So you are half-way around the turn, rolling-on throttle etc. and you need to fix the situation, what are the inputs to give? Stop gas roll-on? Roll-off? Break; front or back? Both? Of course if there's more safe lean angle to go for then you can of course just lean more, but assuming you are pushing it pretty hard and steering input's wont cover you.
