Honda CX500 for first bike/cafe racer conversion?

Hi all!New to the community. I have been lookin for a good base to start a cafe racer build on and found this CX500 posted on my local Craigslist.https://corvallis.craigslist.org/mcy/d/honda-cx500/6663923064.htmlWould anyone recommend this as a good foundation/first bike?
