TLDR: see options below for first track bike (that will also be used on street)I know this topic has been beat to death, but as a newb I need some help. I have two motorcycles a cb300F and a wr250x. I’m going to sell the cb to pick up another bike to take to the track. I’ve been trying to decide between another 300 or a 600/650. Here are my options. Any input would be heavily appreciated. I’d use the new bike on the street, but it’d also be my gateway to track days and may eventually get converted to a dedicated track bike. Is it even worth getting the r3 or will I want to upgrade pretty quickly? Any opinions or advice is welcome.
