Bought a 82 Yamaha Seca 650, so now I can start work on my 78 CB400 Cafe project.

I say cafe as a generalization of the types of mods we like to make here, but I haven't yet decided if the CB (twin, not four) will be a Cafe Racer, Brat, or Scrambler. The engine size lends itself to all three styles... Light weight overall for lots of off-road control as a Scrambler, decent power for hitting the ton and then some as a Cafe, and just enough horsies to run 2-up in a Brat configuration.I guess I'm looking for inspiration. Right now I'm waiting on my carbs to be repaired before I rebuild them, and while I wait for the repairs, I really have nothing else to do because I want to know that the bike is gonna run before I start into heavy frame modifications. I've chopped the rear end to put on a seat hoop, and I've got the bike stripped down to just the engine and frame. What do you guys think? Cafe, Brat, or Scrambler for the CB400TII Hawk? And while you're at it, suggest some easy "quality of life" improvements for the Seca that I can do in a day or weekend so I can be out riding it again if I decide to change something.
