Basically, the part I struggle with is where, for example, on a corner you have the middle of your outside foot on the peg and your inside foot is up on its toes, but then to change sides you must first put that inside foot back to the middle on the peg then shift body then finally lift the other (now inside) foot up on the peg.In the quick corners i found i was putting so much weight on that inside foot that it just messed me up trying to lift it up and set it in position before moving my body and setting up the other side. By that time i had missed my turning point. My track has some very quick left/right/left/right 'S' bends and this technique became awfully busy to do in the corners and i began to think that it was a better idea just to keep the toes on the pegs. In fact i thought doing the opposite thing felt better! (set inside foot position before outside foot)Any good guys have some guidance from what im doing wrong? via /r/Trackdays https://www.reddit.com/r/Trackdays/comments/9070p7/what_do_do_with_my_feet_when_transitioning_fast/?utm_source=ifttt
